We reserve the right to decline any application where our clinical team determines that treatment would not be safe or appropriate. Providing false or misleading information during consultation may result in immediate termination of your account and could put your health at risk.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical review of your submitted health questionnaire by one of our registered prescribers. Completion of the questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist will review and approve all prescriptions before dispensing. We operate strictly in accordance with GPhC standards and relevant UK medicines legislation. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the treatment specified and must not be used for any other purpose.
We may request additional information, a GP referral, or decline to issue a prescription at our clinical team's discretion, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You will only be charged for orders that proceed to dispensing. If your prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of clinical approval. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the carrier's schedule and cannot be guaranteed by us.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your order. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses or circumstances beyond our control.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us immediately via the details on our website.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medication under UK law, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund requests for non-prescription items will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
